Utah State Bar Family Law Section & SJ Quinney College of Law Family Law Scholarship

The Family Law Scholarship will recognize a student who has demonstrated a commitment to and excellence in Family Law. Candidates for the award will demonstrate this through course work, clinical participation, extracurricular activities, volunteer participation and/or previous experience.

Eligibility
The scholarship will be awarded to a Quinney College of Law student who has completed at least one academic year of law school.

Application Requirements & Deadline
Applicants must provide a resume, two letters of recommendation -only one of which may be from faculty or staff from the Quinney College of Law, and a written statement. The written statement must address the scholarship criteria and should describe the candidate’s academic and career plans as well as previous experience in the Family Law area. Selection shall be made by members of the faculty and/or staff of the Quinney College of Law and a member of the Family Law Section of the Utah State Bar.
