Posting Materials on Campus
On campus, students are usually restricted to posting flyers and posters on bulletin boards and kiosks. However, in the S.J. Quinney College of Law building, flyers and posters may only be displayed on bulletin boards, digital monitors, or other spaces explicitly designated for such purposes. Do not put signs, notices, and posters on trees, buildings, walls, glass, or any other university structure unless expressly authorized by the S.J. Quinney College of Law’s Office of Student Affairs.
All flyers and posters MUST be stamped by the Union Service Desk. RSOs should work with the Union Service Desk before printing and posting materials on campus. For more information, visit the Union posting flyers webpage.
College of Law bulletin board locations:
- Level 1: Student Wellness Center. The red walls are corkboard material.
- Level 2: Student Engagement Center and locker room by the café
- Levels 3, 4, and 5: Corkboard near the classrooms and locker rooms
NOTE: A sign, notice, or poster may not cover another sign, notice or poster. Do not take down signs, notices, or posters that do not belong to you. If you have any questions, please notify the Associate Director of Student Advising & Activities.
