In December 2014, Michelle Straube, Director of the Environmental Dispute Resolution Program at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, published an article, “Suggestions for Expanding the Use of Environmental Dispute Resolution in Utah and Beyond,” in the ABA-SEER ADR Committee Newsletter.
On January 13, 2015, she will moderate the final panel discussion at Air Quality in Utah: Science for Solutions, a joint workshop hosted by UT DAQ and U of U Program for AQ, Health and Society.
