Cliff Rosky, a professor at the S.J. Quinney College of Law, appeared on Radio West Wednesday to discuss Senate Bill 107, currently being debated at the Utah State Legislature. The bill would amend Utah’s hate crime laws.
Rosky played a critical role in drafting the bill, introduced by Sen. Stephen Urquhart, R-St. George, which passed out of a Senate committee recently with a favorable recommendation after a 5-1 vote. The bill will next be heard on the Senate floor.
