Amelia Rinehart, Associate Professor of Law at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, was interviewed by the Salt Lake Tribune on July 28, 2014 about the legal naming dispute between the San Diego Comic-Con, the nation’s largest Comic Book Convention, and the Salt Lake Comic Con, which launched last year. San Diego Comic-Con states that Salt Lake’s name is too similar to their own.
