Francis Elected Secretary-General of Int’l Assoc. of Legal and Social Philosophy

Professor Leslie Francis was elected Secretary-General of the International Association of Legal and Social Philosophy. She previously served for eight years as vice president and Executive Committee member. The Secretary-General position is a non-voting Executive Committee position that controls the organization’s meeting agendas.

As part of her duties, Francis will attend the Association’s annual meetings for the next four years. She also hopes to use her international contacts to publicize and promote the College of Law’s programs.
