Robin Craig, Professor of Law at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, will be a panelist at Lewis & Clark Law School’s April 10 environmental law symposium, Developments in the Public Trust. The symposium will focus on important developments in public trust litigation, scholarship, and governance. Craig’s presentation is entitled “What the Public Trust Doctrine Can Teach Us About the Police Power, Penn Central, and the Public Interest in Natural Resources: A Tribute to Joe Sax.”
