Cassell Quoted in Reason Magazine Column

Paul Cassell, Professor of Law at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, was quoted in a recent Reason magazine column by Jacob Sullum, “Why Michael Brown’s Killer Would Have Been Acquitted.”

Cassell is quoted about Tennessee v. Garner, the 1995 U.S. Supreme Court case that established the permissive levels of deadly force law-enforcement officers may use against a fleeing suspect.
