University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law Professor Paul Cassell recently traveled to Brisbane, Australia, where he presented to the National Victims of Crime Conference. The conference was sponsored by Griffith University. Cassell spoke on the topic of “The Expansion of Crime Victims’ Rights in American Criminal Procedure.”
