Anderson Quoted on Movement to Abolish Death Penalty in Utah

Jensie_AndersonJensie Anderson, Clinical Professor at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, was quoted by several media outlets in October 2015 about the current debate over abolishing the death penalty in Utah.

In a Salt Lake Tribune article, Anderson, who also serves as Legal Director with the Rocky Mountain Innocence Project, suggested that state lawmakers impose a moratorium on executions while they study the issue.
