Dominion (NYSE: D) and Questar Corp. (NYSE: STR) have announced that S.J. Quinney College of Law alumna Colleen Larkin Bell, Questar vice president and general counsel, will become Dominion Questar vice president and general manager of Dominion Questar Gas.
