S.J. Quinney College of Law alum Joseph Fratty write an op-ed in the March 10, 2016 edition of the Deseret News titled, “My view: Move forward with new model for delivering homeless services.”
Following careful study, a group of stakeholders is proposing a new model of service delivery that envisions facilities located over a much wider geographic area. This would result in easier access to services for a wider population of homeless people.
