University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law Dean Robert Adler published an op-ed in The Salt Lake Tribune on Feb. 12 on “The Importance of an Independent Judiciary.” Adler’s commentary explored recent comments by President Donald Trump and how his remarks could be viewed as an “unprecedented presidential attack on the integrity and independence of the judiciary.”
