Baughman interviewed by Hollywood Reporter about potential rape prosecution of Harvey Weinstein

University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law Professor Shima Baughman was interviewed by The Hollywood Reporter about the potential prosecution of movie mogul Harvey Weinstein for the alleged sexual assault of actress Rose McGowan at the Sundance Film Festival in 1997.   Baughman discussed prosecutorial discretion to bring charges forward.  Read the full article here.
