The S.J. Quinney College of Law is honored to be able to give the David T. Lewis Clinical Award to graduating seniors who have shown outstanding achievement in the Clinical Program. If you know a student who meets the requirements described below and should be recognized for outstanding work, please contact the Clinical Program at clinical@law.utah.edu or in Room 221 for a nomination form.
To nominate a student for the Lewis Award, the student must meet the following requirements:
- Have devoted outstanding effort to clinical work.
- Should have utilized the Clinical Program to his/her optimal educational advantage and achieved identifiable educational benefits or accomplishments through that clinical work.
- Distinguished him/herself primarily through successful clinical work rather than through other activities or endeavors.
