The new issue of the University of Utah’s international magazine, Unbounded, features an article introducing the College of Law’s Global Justice Project: Mediation.
The article, by College of Law Clinical Professor Jim Holbrook, recounts the history leading up to the launch of the Project, culminating in the recent visit to Salt Lake City of more than dozen lawyer-mediators from New Delhi. During their stay, the visitors participated in a four-day “train the trainer” program at the College of Law designed to prepare them to teach mediator training programs in India. They also attended a two-day mediation symposium sponsored by the Utah Council on Conflict Resolution.
The feature article “Global Justice Project: Mediation” will soon be available on the magazine’s website, along with the other content from Volume 1, Issue No. 3.
