Stegner Young Scholar to Present on Climate Policy and U.S.-China Relations at Downtown CLE

On Wednesday, November 17, 2010 from noon to 1 p.m., Jason Czarnezki, the 2010 Stegner Center Young Scholar, will present on “Climate Policy and U.S. – China Relations,” at the law firm of Holland & Hart, 222 S. Main Street, Suite 2200. The cost is $10 prepaid including a box lunch. One hour of free CLE credit is available.

Jason Czarnezki is a professor of law at Vermont Law School.  He has held academic appointments at Marquette University Law School, where he directed its environmental law program, and the DePaul University College of Law. His book, Everyday Environmentalism: Law, Nature and Individual Behavior, is forthcoming from Environmental Law Institute Press in 2010. Czarnezki was selected as a J. William Fulbright Scholar in 2009-2010, teaching environmental and natural resources law at Sun Yat-sen University in Guangzhou, China.
