Professor Wildermuth Interviewed on NPR about Exxon v. Baker

Amy Wildermuth, an associate professor at the S.J. Quinney College of Law, was interviewed this week by National Public Radio’s Frank Langfitt. In the interview, Wildermuth commented on the U.S. Supreme Court decision in Exxon v. Baker, which slashed Exxon Mobil Corp’s punitive damages in the Exxon Valdez disaster to approximately $50 million.

In addition, Wildermuth, who filed an amicus brief on behalf of the Pacific Coast Federation of Fishermen’s Associations and Institute for Fisheries Resources in support of the respondents, blogged about the decision on the SCOTUS website.
