Amy Wildermuth, an associate professor at the S.J. Quinney College of Law, was interviewed this week by National Public Radio’s Frank Langfitt. In the interview, Wildermuth commented on the U.S. Supreme Court decision in Exxon v. Baker, which slashed Exxon Mobil Corp’s punitive damages in the Exxon Valdez disaster to approximately $50 million.
