Peterson Presents at Conference and Webcast on Commercial Real Estate Defaults

Christopher Peterson, Professor of Law at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, will present at the Annual Advanced ALI-ABA conference and webcast, “Commercial Real Estate Defaults, Workouts, and Reorganizations,” March 10-11 at the Westin Colonnade Coral Gables in Coral Gables, FL.

The conference and webcast features faculty with experience in “dealing with problem real estate projects of all types, failing financial institutions, defaulted and maturing CMBS and mezzanine debt ,and tenants in financial trouble.”  In addition to Peterson, faculty includes a U.S. Bankruptcy Judge and “attorneys skilled in restructuring real estate debt, national tenancies, assets of failed financial institutions, and defaulted real estate projects.”
