Peterson Discusses Usury Laws, Payday Lending on Syndicated Radio Program

Christopher Peterson, a Professor of Law at the S.J. Quinney College of Law, recently discussed public policy and legal issues surrounding the payday lending industry on Home & Family Finance with Paul Berry, an internationally syndicated radio broadcast.  Peterson also discussed the results of his study on changes in usury law over the past 40 years.

Home & Family Finance airs Sundays at 1:00 p.m. on the Mountain on the Radio America network, and is presented by America’s Credit Unions and CO-OP Network, the national credit union ATM network.
