Amos Guiora, a professor at the Quinney College and counterterrorism expert, published an op-ed piece in The Salt Lake Tribune on Saturday, June 21. The editorial, co-written with Phoenix attorney Daniel Barr, argues that the U.S. should create a domestic terror court that “would give suspected terrorists some, but not all, constitutional protections.”
