Guiora Discusses Controversial Policy Allowing for Targeted Killing of Americans Abroad

On Thursday, February 7, Amos Guiora, Professor of Law at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, will discuss targeted killings on NPR’s Kojo Nnamdi Show at 10:00 a.m. MST.

The show is available for live streaming and will be permanently archived here.

Since the recent release of an unclassified Justice Department memo that detailed the legal rationale for the targeted killing of an American citizen abroad who was suspected of plotting terrorism, Guiora has also been interviewed by BBC’s The World and by Minnesota Public Radio.
