Amos Guiora, a professor of law at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, was recently appointed to the American Bar Association’s Law and National Security Advisory Committee.
“It is an honor — as a member of the SJ Quinney College of Law faculty — to be appointed to the ABA’s Law and National Security Advisory Committee, drawing both on my scholarship and professional experience,” Guiora said. “I look forward to being an active member of the Committee, contributing to the rule of law and informing the public debate on issues related to national security.”
Guiora will serve a one-year appointment beginning at the adjournment of the ABA’s 2010 Annual Meeting.
