George to Present at Case Western Symposium on Human Rights, Reproductive Rights and Health

On January 22, Erika George, a Professor of Law at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, will speak at the Case Western Reserve Law Review Symposium in Cleveland, Ohio.

The Symposium, titled “Reproductive Rights, Human Rights, and the Human Right to Health,” will consider topics including What is the Human Right to Health? Does it include Reproductive Rights?; Availability, Consequences of Reproductive Technologies; Dignity and Reproductive Rights; and Interference with Reproductive Autonomy and Sexual Violence.

“Broadly, my contribution to the conference will consider how violence influences sexual autonomy, reproductive health, and human rights for women worldwide,” George explained.

After the conclusion of the symposium, the presentations will be available for viewing on demand.
