Four 3L students from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law participated in the ABA’s Representation in Mediation Regional Competition held at the Arizona State University College of Law in Tempe on February 23rd. In their two rounds of competition [from left to right] Jeffrey Enquist, Emily Iwasaki, Ruth Hackford-Peer, and Bradley Voss displayed thorough preparation and sophisticated mediation advocacy skills. Their faculty coach, Clinical Professor Jim Holbrook said, “I was extremely proud of how our students displayed extraordinary “real-world” competence in using facilitated negotiation for problem solving. They were outstanding.”
