On Sunday, July 27, Akadi Technologies, a company spun off from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, was featured in a Salt Lake Tribune article about the University’s efforts to create companies based on staff and faculty innovations.
Aaron Dewald, director of technology initiatives, explains, “a good opportunity for us to demonstrate some of the technological innovations going on at the law school and their commercial viability in other contexts. We’ve been told by students from both colleges that having a real world project to work on was particularly rewarding.”
