On Monday, March 14, Emily Chiang, a visiting assistant professor of law at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, will appear on a panel at the Brigham Young University Law School.
The 12:00 p.m. panel will also feature Robert Alt, a Senior Legal Fellow and Deputy Director at the Center for Legal & Judicial Studies with the Heritage Foundation. The two panelists will discuss the Citizens United decision and whether the Roberts Court is pro-business.
