The 18th Annual Stegner Symposium, focused on Religion, Faith, and the Environment, attracted a great deal of media attention, including multiple articles in The Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, and a forthcoming feature in Catalyst magazine.
Tribune articles that referenced the Stegner Symposium were titled “Earth Day: viewing climate change through a moral prism,” “Religion offers tools for tackling eco-challenges,” and “Utah eco-activists hope Francis becomes the eco-pope.”
The Deseret News articles were titled “Heaven on earth: religion returns to the environment” and “Religion, faith and the environment.”
The 18th Annual Stegner Symposium was held April 12-13, 2013 at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law.
