Snowman on snowy mountaintop facing other snow-covered mountainsTo kick off the new year, we’ve been reflecting on our achievements from 2024 and what we would like to accomplish in 2025. One of the things we are proud of from 2024 is posting another year’s worth of EDR blogs on key topics related to conflict competence and collaboration. Topics we covered in 2024 ranged from how to avoid social divisiveness, to how to tap into your power when dealing with conflict, to how to use your emotions as data when navigating challenging situations.

A rundown of our 2024 blogs is provided below. We encourage you to catch up on any topics you missed.

In 2025 we plan to continue to post monthly blogs showcasing skills and techniques to help you navigate conflict, as well as examples of successful “big C” collaborative processes.

As always, we welcome your feedback on our blogs and suggestions for future EDR blog topics. Email us to share your thoughts.
