Day of Silence
The National Day of Silence (http://www.dayofsilence.org/content/getinformation.html) is this Friday, April 15th.
“Sponsored by GLSEN, the Gay, Lesbian, and Straight Education Network, the National Day of Silence is a day action in which students across the county take some form of a vow of silence to call attention to the silencing effect of anti-LGBT bullying and harassment in schools.”
We encourage all Outlaws members to be silent for at least some portion of the day on Friday. We will have Day of Silence information cards in the lobby on Friday, and we will play this year’s Day of Silence video on televisions throughout the law school.
