JOHN FARR & ANN CLAYSON LARSON FAMILY LAW SCHOLARSHIP

The Larson Family Law Scholarship honors a student with an ongoing interest in family and/or juvenile law as demonstrated through course work, extracurricular activities, volunteer participation, and/or previous experience. The award is available every other year, with applications and disbursements occurring in odd-numbered years.

Eligibility


This scholarship application is open to current first- or second-year students.

Application requirements and selection


Applicants must complete the common scholarship application and provide the following:

  • a resume
  • a written personal statement (no more than 500 words) that addresses the personal qualifications required by the scholarship
  • an unofficial College of Law transcript

Recipients will be chosen by a committee of deans, faculty and a Larson family representative.
