WLC Spring Panel

Recently the issue of under prosecution of sexual assault cases has been in the news, both nationally and here in Utah. Paul Cassell (Professor of Law), Heidi Nestel (Director, Utah Crime Victims Legal Clinic) and Julie Valentine (International Association of Forensic Nurses) recently filed a petition in the Utah Supreme Court on behalf of four Jane Does, who are sexual assault victims seeking appointment of a special prosecutor to pursue their cases. Come and hear about this innovative legal effort to bring justice for sexual assault victims.
