TALK DESCRIPTION:

This webinar will be a dialogue looking at both national and local impact and the influence of the US Department of Education’s regulatory framework.  It will also cover the real extent of Title IX and the fact that it isn’t just limited to sports.

 

PANELISTS:

Nancy Cantalupo, Associate Professor of Law, Wayne State University, is a nationally recognized expert on Title IX, Sexual Harassment, and gender-based violence in education.

Sherrie Hayashi, (’91): University of Utah Director & Title IX/ADA/Section 504 Coordinator

Laura Milliken Gray, (’91):  Prior to retiring, Laura focused her practice on estate planning, business and elder law and protecting the rights of Utah’s LGBTQ Community.
