EVENT DESCRIPTION:

The Utah Supreme Court recently issued Taylor v. Taylor, which held that divorces in Utah can be arbitrated and, at least as to some issues, are not subject to the same judicial review normally required in domestic matters. The panel features attorneys on both sides of the case, explaining their respective positions and discussing the future of arbitrating divorces in Utah.
