Lawyer Advertising: What’s in, what’s out and what you can do

February 19 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

12:00-1:00 p.m., Zoom link – Register here »
Join John Snow, the chairperson of the ethics committee, and Matthew Driggs from the Advocates as they discuss the new advertising rule changes. Significant changes were made this past summer that affect most law firms and how they market. As attorneys, we all want more business and we want to go about getting that business in an ethical way.  Find out and discuss what advertising and marketing is now appropriate and what might be over the line.  They will also touch on the implementation of the new sandbox which, in certain circumstances, allows for the sharing of attorney fees with non-lawyers.

Panelists:
Matthew Driggs, Partner, The Advocates
John Snow, Chairman, Utah Supreme Court Ethics Committee, Partner, Parsons Behle Latimer

1 hour ethics CLE credit (pending).
