Information for Alumni
CDO services are available to SJQ alumni throughout their career. Alumni are welcome schedule a professional development coaching appointment with Career Development to receive career coaching, have application materials reviewed, and to participate in mock interviews. All CDO resources are available for their use at any time.
The Career Development Office is located in Room 3100 of the S.J. Quinney College of Law, on the southwestern corner of the University of Utah campus. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. We can be reached at 801-581-7767 or careers@law.utah.edu.
IMPORTANT:
The Career Development Office at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law is in the process of moving all alumni job postings to our 12Twenty employment board. This will be a phased approach, allowing alumni who graduated prior to 2015 to create an account by emailing Cynthia Lane at cynthia.lane@law.utah.edu. The request should include your personal email and SJQ year of graduation. This public job board will no longer be accessible after Friday, July 31.
Non-Utah Law Alumni should contact their law school’s career services office to place an official request for reciprocity with the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law.
