The Pro Bono Initiative’s spring Bankruptcy Training is scheduled for Friday-January 28, 2011 from 12:15 pm – 3 pm in the Moot Court Room and will be provided by Jory Trease of Trease & Ward. If you would like to volunteer at the Debtor’s Counseling Legal Clinic, then you will need to attend the Bankruptcy Training. Please RSVP to JoLynn Spruance jolynn.spruance@law.utah.edu by Wednesday-January 26, 2011 to attend the training. The areas of law that will be covered are: bankruptcy, collections, and credit issues.
