E-Reserves Take a Hit in Latest Federal Court Ruling

This past Friday, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals called into question the rights of Universities to post certain copyrighted materials to their e-reserves systems, by reversing Cambridge Univ. Press v. Patton et al., sending it back to the lower court for further action. Read the decision here
