TUITION BENEFIT

Some College of Law scholarship and fellowship/graduate assistantship recipients participate in the University’s Graduate Tuition Benefit Program (“TBP”). Under the TBP, eligible students will receive a partial waiver of their tuition and fees. The value of the TBP waiver is dependent on the amounts of scholarship or pay students receive from the College of Law. For students working as fellows/graduate assistants, the waiver has been valued at approximately 30% of total resident tuition and fees for each semester the student receives the fellowship or graduate assistantship (or approximately 46% of total non-resident tuition and fees). The values of tuition benefits for the next academic year are established after tuition rates are set for that next academic year.
