Quinney College of Law, Level 6 TRAP laws have been proliferating in many states.  These laws impose special requirements on abortion providers: requirements of informed consent, equipment, inspections, fetal protection, and even procedures.  In 2016, the U.S. Supreme Court held in Whole Women’s Health v.
