Effective Appellate Brief Writing and Oral Argument CLE

12:00-1:00 p.m., S.J. Quinney College of Law Moot Courtroom
A lunch CLE will follow the Utah Court of Appeals arguments. The CLE will be a panel discussion among the three judges of the panel, Judge Orme, Judge Harris and Judge Pohlman, moderated by Fred Voros, formerly a judge of the Utah Court of Appeals and head of the Criminal Appeals Division in the Utah Attorney General’s office and of counsel to the firm of Zimmerman Booher.

There will be an opportunity for questions after the CLE presentation on the presentation itself and general questions about the arguments that were just heard and the best ways to handle oral argument.

$15 lunch fee or free no-lunch option. Registration required »

1 hour CLE (pending). Lunch provided.
